Dionne is well-versed in resolving strategic and complex issues for organizations looking to create efficiency and maximize cost. She holds an MBA, SHRM- CP certification and is a member of SHRM. Dionne enjoys cooking, entertaining and spending time with her husband and extended family.

Susan is Certified Self-Insured, WCCP, with over 30 years of Workers' Compensation experience, specializing in managing claims related to workplace injuries and illnesses. She is skilled in claims management, case evaluation, risk assessment, and benefits administration, which help facilitate fair resolutions while minimizing legal disputes. Susan’s expertise often includes her knowledge of state and federal laws, medical terminology, and negotiation tactics to advocate for both employees and employers. Susan enjoys working out, outdoor concerts and spending time with family and her two adult kids.

Jona is a Human Resources professional with 20 years of experience working strategically with data to shape organizational policies and human capital. She holds a BS in Organizational Leadership and an MBA in Human Resource Management. As a human resource analyst, she analyzes and interprets data related to recruitment, employee performance, compensation, and workforce planning. Jona’s philosophy as a HR Consultant mission is to help organizations by recommending unique solutions to complex workplace problems to achieve and maintain workplace best practices. Jona believes that operative HR consulting in tandem with exceptional workforce leadership supports employee progress. Additionally, is a resource to encourage beneficial ideas and creative solutions to drive an environment of subsequent eAectual organizational success. Jona is active in her community through Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc, and Jack and Jill of America, Inc, nurturing our future leaders, volunteer service and philanthropic giving and spending time with family and friends.

Donnetta draws from over 20 years of Human Resources experience from working with start-ups to mid to large corporations domestically and internationally. She has served on several HR boards as an avid board member. Her HR experience has evolved from holding various positions such as senior human resources business partner, recruiting, benefits, payroll, compensation, employee relations and HR consultant while working in for-profit and non-profit industries such as entertainment, logistics, retail, accounting, healthcare, and community-based organizations. She holds an MBA and MSc Corporate & Organizational Communication, and she is a member of SHRM and her local SHRM chapter. Donnetta is active in her community planning events, volunteering with her local city, enjoying time with family, watching football, listening to music, outdoor jazz concerts, and traveling mostly to Caribbean islands.
